Terms of Services

TruePath Detective Agency (TPD)

1. Strictly Professional Engagement

  • Services limited to legal truth verification (no surveillance of protected groups/government entities)

  • Client must verify identity via secure channels before case initiation

  • TPD reserves right to decline/terminate unethical requests

2. Confidentiality Covenant

  • All communications protected under lifetime NDAs

  • Case details never disclosed, even to family members without authorization

  • Breach penalties: ₹5Cr liquidated damages

3. Payment Terms

  • 50% retainer required to activate investigations
  • Balance due before evidence delivery
  • No refunds for completed fieldwork (partial credits for terminated cases)

4. Evidence Handling

  • Findings delivered via encrypted USB/secure portal (no email)
  • Raw surveillance data destroyed after 90 days unless court-preserved

No data sales – your case stays yours

5. Client Responsibilities

  • Must disclose all relevant facts upfront
  • Cannot misuse TPD reports for blackmail/extortion
  • Required to secure devices before receiving findings

6. Limitations

Not liable for:

  • Subjects discovering investigations
  • Pre-existing conditions we uncover
  • Legal outcomes of provided evidence

7. Governing Law

  • Disputes resolved via confidential arbitration in [Jurisdiction]
  • Subject to Indian Contract Act provisions
